Help with windshield wiper issue
I Have a 1996 Accord. The dealer replaced the wiper blades last week and the first time I used the wipers, I could not get them to turn off. This happens every time..they stay on for 10 minutes or so and I am finally able to turn them off. Is this a weird coincidence, or did they do something when they put the new blades on and tested? Seems like TOO much of a coincidence to me...

no, nothing to do with the replacement of the wipers. it would have happened even if you did not have the blades replaced.'
the parking circuit in the wiper motor is failing and the motor needs to be replaced.
