I have a 1996 Geo Prizm. About a week ago, it started to sputter (seems like it is not getting gas?) When I would reach 70-75mph on the highway. It didn't always do it and it does not a low speeds. Then today it wouldn't let me go over 65mph, let alone 60. I have changed my BWD distributor cap, PCV valve, Distributor rotor, Spark plugs and wires. I have tried Seafoam, and nothing seems to be helping. Pressure? Fuel filter? Pump? No check engine light or anything? Please Help! Thanks so much, Jennifer

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
