The car idels ,backfires and stalls code 24 nlow voltage at pedal,how do i fix it?

My 96 intrepid 3.3l ,stalled and died.i scaned the code ,it said throtle position sensor #24 has low voltage. the car is hard starting ,and stalls when i hit the gas.i think the o2 sensor is at fault not ,the tps. can you help

Check the TPS connector for looseness, contaminations. Clean if necessary snd retest. If it does not work, you would need to test the TPS, which would be easier if you have scan tools.
