My '96 Town and Country rough idles when cold and seems to run ok when it warms up. Had the map sensor changed when I got a "check engine service soon" light and it popped up on a scan but didn't seem to help much as the light came back on and the problem persists. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

How cold, how rough? In real cold weather I use premium gas to make my car run better when cold start.

Check the IAC, check and clean throttle body, check fore any vacuum leaks, run a diagnostic code, not all faults set a MIL, start here.
