Car sounds as if out of gas

Car sounds like its out of gas but it has gas in it, changed the spark plugs and it started but once turned off it does the same thang

Check the fuel pressure if it's within specs.

Thank u, it was my fuel filter the guy said it was clogged up and now its running perfectly.
