I have a 96 chevy S10. My interior lights are flikering when the vehicle is running. My voltage indicator is between 14 and 19. I had a diagnostic 3 months ago. They said my alternator and battery are fine. Should I be concerned? We weather has dropped considerably. Does the cold affect this?

If you mean the dash lights, then clean your battery terminals as they may be dirty and cause this. You'll have ot reset your electronics like clock and radio after cleaning
