Im working on a 1996 astro van 4.3L it has a misfire on cyl 6 I have done everything I could think I did compression test, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, cam sensor, cyl balance test, checked intake for leaks, also tryed coil, fuel pressure test.

Hello,

Ok, on that year the Spider Assembly has been known to fail, and of course you have to replace the hole assembly. Pics of assembly below.

I checked the spider it is fine I put fuel pressure tester on it did bleed down. Any other ideas?

Ok, you stated that it "Did Bleed Down" if this is correct then you could have a leaky Injector.

When you changed the Plugs did you make note of what condition each plug was in. If still have plugs check out link below for spark conditions..... Scroll down the page....
