Hey im looking into buying a 96 Deville but the owner says that he does not have a key for the trunk and I guess the fuse is blown for the trunk release how should I go about fixing this problem if I buy it? I know I can call a lock smith and its gonna run me about 90$ but once its popped and I replace the fuse the interior release for the trunk with I assume work again?

Well im going to look at it tomorrow I guess if I push the trunk button and hear no sounds from it, it might be the fuse? How would I know if its the latch actuator?
