Water pump how do I remove pulley so that I can remove the back bolt of the water pump. The car is a 1996 Buick Regal front wheel drive. The back bolt sits right behind a pulley and there is not enough remove to remove the bolt.

I a assuming this is a 3.8L here's a tip for you
Upon investigation it appears as if the power steering pump is in the way of the rear pump bolt which it is. However. Do not remove the P/S pump, simply loosen the lower bolt-13mm deep socket, "2 bolts hold P/S/ pump assembly, 1 @ 12 oclock. 1 @ 6 oclock." Now with the lower loosened about 3/4 out, next remove upper bolt, this allows the pump to rock back out of the way. Step 2 says to remove motor mount which is not needed at all. The lower water pump bolt (10mm swivel 1/4" drive) can be removed by reaching under the motor mount with a 1/4" air rachet.
