In order to remove water pump, car was jacked up. Loosened power steering pully to remove last bolt of water pump. Battery disconnected, water pump replaced without problem. Car will crank, but will not start. Car has security light on dash when attempts to crank....did car shut down when car was jacked due to antitheft? A fuel reset sensor switch...fuses are fine. Help.

Check and make sure the crank sensor and or cam sensor it’s not disconnected or disturbed
