My car is 1995 Toyota Corolla LX. Its run mostly by Compressed natural Gas(CNG) as well as rarely with octane. Does only CNG will reduce the engine life or how can I longer the life of 4E Engine of my car

CNG burns cleaner than gasoline so there will be less sludge developed in the oil. The lubricating properties will last longer as well as the additives in the oil.

Yes, CNG operates at a higher temperature and the valves does not have any additional lubriations/cooling from octane fuel which would cause more rapid wear of the valve seats.

Cylinders would be running slightly drier with lesser lubrications.

Use a higher quality engine oil, switch between octane and CNG more regularly, especially on long runs.

Check/adjust valve clearances regularly.
