1995 Toyota 4runner v6 3.0L just had tune up-plugs, wire, dist. Cap, rotor. Injectors cleaned/checked. Idles good in Park. In gear while accelerating it misfires/jerks at 45-50 mph but only in that speed range. Sometimes idles rough at stop. What should I check next and how can I get a 95 scanned for codes?

It sounds like a egr valve issue that would explain only happening at that speed. Let me look up the info on reading codes without a scan tool on that.

I posted how to read the trouble codes without a scan tool. After reading the codes try unhooking the egr valve vacuum hose that opens it. Tak it for a drive and see if the problem changes?

Is that the small hose going from the egr regulator to the valve? It didn't run better and actually sounded louder.
