Heater bolws cold air but engine over heats

Have the cooling system pressure tested for leaks, the heater often loose coolant and gets an air lock, start here.

If the thermostat is shut closed it will cause the engine to overheat and no heat-could also be airlock if you're replenishing the coolant and not bleeding it

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
