Remove lifters in 1.9

I have a 1995 Mercury Tracer, and I think one of the lifters is dropping the oil, it makes rattles when you start it up for about 5 min. Then it quiets down, how do you replace the lifters.

Bob, you need to remove the cam, valve cover. To access. I recommend that you get a good repair manual to follow. For me to explain step by step allows too much error via the internet.
