95 Lexus ES300 Timing Belt & Cam

My 95 Lexus ES300 timing belt broke and cam is exposed. How serious is this problem? And, what are reasonable costs?

It broke out of its cover? At least it is visible.

Then you will belt replaced and new cover. @$600-800
