1993 Lexus ES 300 timeing belt

I Just changed my water pump and cannot seem to get the timeing belt back on how do i get it back over the pullys

Hi there, remove the timing belt tensioner (2 10mm bolts) and re set as per pic, you will need to slowly collapse it in a vice and lock it with a small pin, a drill will do, when installed and belt set , remove pin and tensioner will extend and take up slack. Make sure that all the belt slack is at the tensioner and re check all mark before turning engine . mark (Mhpautos)
