Do I need a battery or some sort of censer?
My car was runnin fine, I parked it went inside for about an hour, came back out tried to start it but it would not. Tried until battery ran low...got a jump, car started but ran rough and RPM gauge when turning the key would dance up and down before ignition.

I ran out of gas recently and has had this problem eversince. (fuel pump works fine)
