1995 Honda Accord Dash lights

My SR5 light doesn't go off. Air Bags are labled SR5 der looks like does this mean one bag or the other is blown. Dash cover looks like it's been tampered with.

When the warning light is on it means the Air Bag Computer detected an electrical problem, set a diagnostic fault code, turned the system off, and turned the light on to tell you. The place to start is by having the fault code read. Many auto parts stores will read codes for you for free but usually they can only read engine codes. You will likely have to find a mechanic with a scanner that can assess the Air Bag Computer.
