I have a honda accord 95 and lately its being making a clack noise whenever I turn my wheel I have no idea whats wrong with it? I got coilovers on my car is lowered

Thanks yes it might bee the axless is that weird noise like a clack clack my car is not manual is automatic so I might think is just the axles dont u think so?
