1995 Geo Prizm Repair Question

I cant tell whats wrong with my car
It starts but when i put it in reverse or drive it shuts off

If it is engine related, that would mean misfiring or a fault with the idling system.
Try increasing the engine rpm slightly and engaging the gears. If it does not stall, get the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
