Ford Ranger Gas Problem

I was wondering why my truck is eating up a lot of gas I done a complete tune up but it still goes throug a lot of gas can someone please help

What is litre size of engine? Use a gage and check fuel pressure, my info says 35--45 psi. Check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line, if it has gas in it, the pressure regulator is faulty. May need to do a cylinder compression?
