If you are sure the battery is hot and the connections are tight, the next thing would be to get a jump start.

Faulty starter solenoid would be my first point to check.

ROGER ON ALL OF THE ABOVE

MIGHT I ADD, TAKE THE CONNECTIONS APART "SCOOCH 'EM AROUND"

TIGHTEN THEM WELL!

NO GETTING LAZY AND SAYIN', "THAT ONE LOOKS GOOD TO ME"

LAST BUT NOT LEAST--IF THE STARTER HAD FALLEN OFF, MILES AGO....IT WOULD JUST CLICK RIGHT NOW!......SO IF THE CONNECTION TO IT WERE LOOSE AND CORRODED.....YOU WOULD STILL GET THE CLICKING, NO TURNING OVER!

THEN.....YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF A BAD STARTER....THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER...EVEN NEW ONES CAN BE BAD!

YOU CAN HAVE IT TESTED AT MOST POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORES, FOR FREE!!!!...WHAT A DEAL!
