Ford Escort Clutch Problem
The vehicle is an 1995 Escort van 75D 1.8 diesel.
I need to replace the clutch. The clutch supplier wants the engine number and engine code as he says there are three type of clutches listed. I have looked but unable to see any numbers on the engine block. Can you advise as to where I will find them please.

this is a case that will require removing the trans and take the clutch with you to the parts store
