Have a 95 e 350 5.8, starts ok, then after driving a short time, when you get off gas the engine kinda mildly surges and almost dies, then eventually dies, restarts fine, but, idle is really low and pulsing, it will usually die whenever you get off pedal, driving at normal speeds there are no noticeable issues, only when off gas. I changed the idle control valve, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv. This ting runs pretty damn good otherwise, especially since it has almost 300,000 miles. Any ideas, do in tank fuel injector cleaners work/ help. Thanks.

In tank fuel injectors? Never heard of them.
Your problem sounds related to a vacuum leak. You SHOULD also have a check engine light on--do you?
Check ALL the vacuum lines, be sure to take them off and look for small holes.

Check for vacuum leaks. With that many miles, chances are there is a dry rotted vacuum hose or the intake is leaking. To add, I never heard of an intank fuel injector either.
