The mount for the steering gear has rusted of the frame on a mid 90's dodge van. Where can I get a replacement mount to repair this issue?

That should be a part of the frame and won't be sold separately.

The mounting pad is welded to the frame, I will need to fabricate a replacement and weld it back into place
