When changing the plugs and wires and cap and rotor on a 1995 chrysler cirrus is there a certain torx needed. Also does the phlem gasket need to be lubed when it is replaced

Just don the plugs up firm, you do not have to lay into them, I am unsure about what gasket you are referring to, but normally you assemble any gasket clean and dry.
