High idle

I have a 95 chevy g-20 van 5.7 v8 idles high, rev`s real high when I first start it, calms down alittle after a few seconds, changed idle control allready, no help, runs great otherwise.

Clean out the throttle body, Look for a vacuum leak and check the TPS sensor
