Tahoe Rear seat release mechanism

I'm trying to fold down the rear seats in my girlfriends 1995 Chevy Tahoe. However I can't figure out how. I can't seem to find the release cable, lever, latch, &/or release mechanism to make this possible.? Can you please give me step by step instructions on how to fold down the rear seats in her 1995 tahoe, & will you please tell me/show me where to locate the release lever, cable, latch, &/or mechanism to make this possible? Thank you.

In the middle of the bottom portion of the seat (where you sit), in the crack where the back of the seat and the bottom of the seat meet; there is a strap that you have to pull in order to release the seat. The bottom of the seat will tilt forward. This will reveal a release lever (on the floor), pull this lever to release [fold down] the back of the seat. If it does not have the strap then there is a lever right at the rear parts of the seat on the right or left side pull up on the lever to release the seat. Also check down in the latch sometime things can fall down into the the latch not allowing it to release.
