Loud thump in the back

1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 when you floor it and car takes off you hear a loud thump in the back. What could this be? When you floor it (accelerate) and car takes off you her this one loud thump in the back and it only happens when you floor it. If you gentle press gas and take off slow nothing sounds.

Its probably the transmission mount. My 94 Firebird Lt1 did the same thing and it sounded like it was from the rear, but it was a transmission mount. Takes maybe 30 minutes to replace.
