Car ran fine, parked for 8 hrs and would not fire, Is there a fuse for the fuel pump?
Could it be a fuel filter? A shot of starting fluid and the engine fires and runs til starting fluid is used up. Car is 95 caddy with 5.4 engine.

Check the fuses under the hood. If they are good, then you need to check fuel pump pressure. IF it is good, check to see if there is power to the injectors. You will need a noid light to check them. Unplug the injectror, plug the noid light into it, and it should pulse as the engine is cranked.

Let me know what you find.
