Where is the water pump located on cadillac sls

On the rear end of the front bank of cylinders, toward the air cleaner housing. That small belt that is at the end of the cam cover, and driven by the camshaft is the water pump belt. The lower radiator hose dead ends at the cover for the water pump, and it takes a special socket to remove.
