coolant loss was diagnosed as "crossover" line, I believe between the water pump and block, have to remove most of components on right side of engine, approx cost - $900+, 6.5 hrs labor. Have you heard of this problem, ant if so is this a reasonable price from the dealership.

The coolant pump housing seals do leak. The labor time is in that range. Parts may include crossover seals, dexcool, egr gasket, throttle body seals, plenum boot, pump cover seal, water pump, etc. There is variations among technicians, but you are in the ballpark.
