What a re the many silver grease coated balls that are coming out of my front tire?

I recently changed my brake pads but noticed there was still a noise it emmitted everytime I turned. Not to long ago the car became wobbly and when I stopped on the brakes and it began to scrub. As I began to examine the problem I noticed small m&m sized round balls dropping out. Eight to be exact.

So replaced and alls well except for bank account
