I am trying to find where the hose for the air assisted fuel injectors connects to. I have the one end connected to the cylinder head but I do not know where the other end goes.
Oops I apologize forgot the most important information. It is a 2.2l I4 (5s-fe) engine
This is the only lthing i can find on that. i'm sending the vacuum diagram and the fuel rail hook up..
No its not on here thank you anyway
Ok i can't find anything at all on what you asked for sorry
Just to add to this one are you talking about the egr valve?
Does it look like the image i just posted?
No, on the california emmissions cylinder head for the 94-96 years they had air assist fuel injectors. On the head itself inbetween the number 2 and 3 fuel injectors there is a hose barb. This hose barb is supposed to have a hose connected to it to supply the injectors with air. My problem is that the hose was cut and I have no clue where the air supply came from to reconnect it.
Can you post a pic of the barb that would really help.
Sure I don't have a picture now but I will get one later and post it tonight
