Car won't start after replacing computer

I replaced the computer on a 1994 pontiac firdbird LE. The lights will come on but it won't turn over though you can hear a very small noise when you try. Could it be a module? Or do you know of anything it could be?

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank over at all/nothing when you turn key to run position?

It won't do nothing. All the electrical system works but no ower at the starter, nothing. Could it be a module? Or what ever because I have no idea. Thank You get back to me please

I'm not sure if you got my reply so I'll send it again, ok.
It won't do anything. The electrical works. The lights go on but it won't turn over at all not even try. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
