94' Firebird rough running, RPM jumps

I have a '94 firebird V6. It started running rough about a week ago. When I accelerate above 40 it acts like it cuts out and is******. When I am at a stoplight I have it in Drive and applying the brakes the RPMs jump up and down. But if I put it in Neutral it idles fine. And sometimes it even dies when I am at a stoplight. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. I dont have a code reader for a ODB1

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
13.Idle air control valve
