I recently had a aftermarket radio installed into my car and since then iv gone threw 3 alternators. I didnt buy the cheapy one I bought the 2nd to best alternator they had. Can anyone give me any idea of what it could be? I was told maybe some electrical solenoid that helps run the alternator or something?

The guy that did my radio popped a fuse when he grounded a hot wire like a dumbass to find the constant for the deck. So since then its done this. Dies randomly when ever it feels like it. Slowly but surely.

car runs stupid good ac great everything. When it wants to start. Iv kept up with maintenance vigorously on it. I cant get to the bottom of this problem.

Have your wiring rechecked first. Check to see if the radio is wired into the wire pointed out then check the fuses. If it's to the wire pointed out have it put some other place for the radio as that may be your problem.
