1994 Lexus SC 400 Repair Question

Lexus SC 400 Bump Problem
Bumped into a garbage bin when pulled in parkinglot car shut off now it will not start took it to 2 garages 1 was a toyota dealer both could not find out why it would not start 1500..00 later and it still does not want to start
