HESITATES BETWEEN 2000 AND 3000 RMPS WHY???

I have been trying to figure this out for 2 weeks> i have replaced the map sensor the IAC, the plugs and wires, along with the coil pacs and the fuel filter, no change after all work still hesitates between the 2000 and 3000 rpms. car is fine when ideling.changed the battery cable due to fraying>

Check to see what sort of fuel pressure is being delivered by the pump. Check the operation of the throttle position sensor and, if equipped, the throttle valve switch.
