my car wastes alot of gas and takes long to take of sometimes it feels like it has no power wats the problem

Could be many things, clogged convertor, MAP/MAF sensor, coolant sensor, etc.
If check engine light is on, have codes read at most autoparts stores for free, this would be a good starting point.
