1994 Dodge Ram Repair Question

Will turn over but has no fire
Changed the fuel pump and coil but will not fire..

Is it getting fuel? What size engine does it have?

it is getting fuel and its 318 motor 5.9 liter V8...it was running fine until the fuel pump went out...it sit for about 3 months then I replaced the fuel pump, and now it will crank but not turn over...I am not getting any fire to the coil or spark plugs

Is it a 318 or a 5.9? A 318 is about 5.2, the 360 is close to 5.9.
Is it getting power to the coil? Check the coil grounds, also.
