1994 chevy truck it was running fine, started to run a little rough checked and it was low on oil so refilled it and ran fine then about a week later it started running rough again. it idles just when you start driving it it starts to hesitate and not run

When you hit the gas it seems to be missing like it wants to quit for the most part when it is idling it is ok but it does miss sometimes while just idling. replaced all the spark plug wires except the one going to the distributor cap.
