Shutter in '94 Sonoma
1994 Sonoma. 4.3. 175,00 miles. I have a shutter on acceleration and when slowing down coasting through town. Installed new wires, plugs, cap, rotor. Got a code 13. Starts shutter even taking off cold. Removed catalytic converter sometime before this started. It idles fine.

a code 13is oxygen sensor circuit. That won't cause the shutter. you have the code probably because you removed the converter. the shutter may be your torque converter or broken mount. have a trans guy chek it.
