Engine overheating when I on A/C

Dear Sir,
I have Caprice 1994, 4.3L. I overall engine on August, 2010 and know when I put A/C it become overheating and boiling the water and come out. I have put Thermostat valve, New Delphi A/C compressor, Accumulator with new (gas) pipes new radiator fans working properly.

Possibly the radiator is clogged a bit, either the fins outside, or the core inside. A radiator shop can tell pretty quickly and price a new one for you
what was overhauled on the engine? Was the block boiled out?

Waterpump replaced yet? Tell me all new parts so wr don't dance longer than we have to!

Condidtion of engine block? Was it sent to a machine shop during the rebuild?
