1994 Chevrolet Camaro Repair Question
Asked on July 19, 2012
Whats wrong with my z28?
Hi my name is Gary, I have a 1994 Chevy camaro with a 5.7L v8 automatic. I have an issue where the engine has no power and it backfires at high RPM and shakes a little when at a light. Parts I have changed: coil, optispark, spark plugs, fuel filter. A mechanic told me my "right bank was running rich" but said my o2 sensors are working fine. It would be great if you guys could help me. I love this car and would hate to get rid of it.
Thanks Gary.
Thanks Gary.

I DID NOT SEE PLUG WIRES LISTED
COULD IT BE RANDOM MISFIRES CAUSING THE RICHNESS?
YOUR CAR IS OBD I....PROBABLY WOULD NOT ALERT YOU OF MISFIRES?

Hello again I have replaced the plug wires and the problem is still there. But now it seems to run like that after it warms up. Any ideas?
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
