1994 Chevrolet Camaro car running hot

To start off I have a new head gaskets water pump thermostat and coolant temp senspr. I bleed the air our of it with the bleeder valve. When I idle It in driveway it wlill run normal maybe a little high but driving it will be3/4 up there please helppppp

See pic for proper way to bleed there are two that must be opened. Also try a new radiator cap as well.

Btw normal temp for these with a 195 stat is 210 degrees.

I did that with bleeding and the thermostat is 180 and its running up to almost 250 but it will start going down. My bleed valves is one on the thermostat housing and the other on a hose.

Check for cold spots on radiator when it's hot with engine off and fans disconnected. If you feel any the rad is shot as well as loose fins on edges and a greenish looking color. If not that have it pressure checked for intake/head gasket leak.
