1994 BMW 740 wont start

I change water pump now it won't start it just spin like its not getting any fire

Check all around the water pump area to see if you disturbed any sensor. A damaged or disconnected camshaft or crankshaft position sensor will cause the engine to crank over but not start. Take your time inspecting because it sounds like it was running before you replaced the water pump so there is some sensor or vacuum line or wiring that is causing the engine not to start.
