Wont turn over dash lights come on

1994 bmw 325i wont turn over, just the dash lights come o. But no noise from fuel pump or anything. I have checked the fuel relay/fuses. Now my hazard lights are flashing with the button off. This car is going crazy.

if it helps, its a 4 door sedan 2.5L

It sounds like the battery has gone bad, can you test it by turning the headlights on? If the headlights are dim replace the battery and recheck.
