1993 Toyota T-100 electrical issues

Check engine light on. Loss of power when light does come on. Repair shop replaced knock sensor and head
gasket. Light still came on. Tried two different computers and still didnt fix it. Repair shop has had my truck longer than I have owned it.

Can you post the actual current fault codes? Why did they replace the head?
