I just purchased this car - its in great shape and worth some work being done on it - the fuel injector has been replaced but it is a hard start after sitting for a period - say overnight or a workday
it takes 3 cranks and usually starts on the 3rd after which it will start right up and runs well

It seems to drain the fuel from the line when it sits and takes too long to pressurize again -something in the line perhaps or the fuel pump maybe - fuel filter has also been replaced

If it's tbi it shold have 39 psi you may have to turn key on and let set for 2 seconds before trying to start. Toher wise check to see if pressure stay s around 39 psi after car is shut off if should stay there a few minutes otherwise the pressure regulator may be shot. Then if this fails take it to the repair shop so they can look at it. I have no further suggestions.
